We maintain extensive and exclusive listings that cover north Malibu, Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, Santa Paula, Ojai, Ventura, Carpenteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Santa Ynez and on up the coast through San Luis Obispo all the way to San Simeon. Our library contains thousands of images that include: roads, estates, waterfront properties, ranches and farms, beaches (private & public), parks, businesses, country homes, modern structures, public buildings, cabins, boats and even pets. All can be accessed through our galleries and viewed online. We are happy to create a "request-specific" gallery designed especially for you.
Location Scouting
If we don't have what you want, we are happy to find it for you. Our intimate knowledge of our areas combined with over 25 years of scouting, plus our extensive, loyal and helpful contacts will save you time and money. Our scouts are experienced, efficient, knowledgeable, take accurate notes and compass readings. Consider what it would cost you in time, gas, mileage, lost daylight hours and the knowledge of knowing exactly where to go to find exactly what you need.
Permits
We facilitate permits to ensure that production flows smoothly. Our 25 years in this business assures you that we know who to call and how to get things done quick and economically. By far, we have pulled more filming permits in the tri-county area than all other services combined.
One Stop Pre-Production
We can help plan and set up literally everything you need. We recommend hotels, production vans, caterers, local crew, still photographers, helicopter/ground transportation, casting, restaurants and entertainment for your events. We know the area, the weather, the tides, which shortcuts to take and much, much more! Tell us your needs and let us help your production run smoothly.
Location Management
Having an experienced local location manager makes sense to help guide your shoots. One who knows the area and has a rapport with neighbors, businesses and government entities. This insures better community relations and support. We coordinate insurance, compile inventories, do neighbor notifications, arrange parking, and provide site monitors as well as CA's and go-fors as needed.
Cast and Crew
We have union and non-union principals, extras and U-5's. We maintain hundreds of up to date files of local talent from babies to seniors. We have done casting, production coordination and/or managing for Polo, Harpo Films, Casual Male, Ritts/Hayden, Reality Shows for NBC, Vogue, Pottery Barn, Audi, Victoria's Secret, HBO, Universal, 3 Sets, Nordstrom, RSA and Aerro Films.
